To find the link to your sign up once it is published, go to SignUpGenius.com and log in with your email and password to the account where the sign up was created. When you view the account page, you will see the tab for *Created* and will be able to view your sign ups created on that account. Click on the image or title for your sign up. When the sign up page displays, copy the URL from your web browser address bar. This is the unique link to your sign up. Copy and paste this link to give out in emails or however you wish to distribute it.

When creating a potluck sign up, you can certainly create a generic slot and allow people to simply enter the item they plan to bring. At Step 5: Settings you will see the "Public Sign Up Comment" area. You can see the default text that will display for your users is "My Comment." You can leave that as is, and instruct your users in your General Details at Step 1 to use the "My Comment" field to enter the information you are requesting. You can also change the text that displays. For instance, you can enter "Please enter the dish you will be bringing." Remember to click "Update" at the bottom of any page you edit to save your changes.

I want to allow people to just sign up for items to bring to a picnic. I don't know how to do this. Do I HAVE to list the things or can they just sign up for whatever they are bringing. It seems like I have to put a list out there already with the slots. I didn't want to have to "tell" them the choices. Can you help me?

When signing up students on a sign up for which you are NOT the Admin, you will use the option to 'Display an alternate name.' When using this option, you will need to choose the slots one at a time, rather than selecting 5 slots at once, in order to enter each student's name. Ideally, each participant should be signed up under his/her own email address, but we understand that this is not always possible.

I am signing up students for a blood drive that are all at the same time slot. example - 5 students at 2:00. I took 5 slots for my students. I was able to add one name to the slot, but do not know how to add additional names to the other 4 slots.

To share your sign up on Facebook, you will just enter in the unique URL as your Facebook status. This will create an icon that others will be able to view and click on.
If you need to locate the link, just log into your account and click on the live sign up. The URL in your web address bar is the unique link to the sign up.

I have already posted an event on Facebook and after creating a signup for the guests to sign up what covered dish to bring I would like to put a link on Facebook so that my guests can view it. Is this possible or not?

I have filled out the form as a new member three times and am told each time to fill out the form and click on "submit" all of which I do. Three times. What's going on?
